When you catch your mind thinking, ask yourself, “is this helpful?” (NOT “is this true?”).

If it’s not helpful, don’t try to shut your mind up (that will only cause a war) - instead, allow the thought to be there, and then redirect your attention into the present moment (watch day 2 for tips on how to do this)
